Important Announcement: NDID system for all channels is temporarily closed (except K+ channel)

Orbix Trade Co., Ltd. would like to inform all customers that the NDID system for all channels is temporarily closed from 13 February 2025 at 08:00 PM to 14 February 2025 at 01:00 AM due to the announcement from the NDID service provider.  

Remarks:  

1. Customers can verify their identity through the K+ Authentication channel as usual.  
2. Schedule may be subject to change under certain circumstances.
