KYC for Foreigners is now available at orbix!

To enhance user experience and accessibility, foreign customers can now register and start using the orbix Application from 19 February 2024 onwards. Personal Face-to-Face identity verification (KYC) can be completed at Orbix Trade Co., Ltd., located at 89 AIA Capital Center, 7th Floor, Ratchadapisek Rd, Din Daeng, Bangkok 10400.

Please schedule your appointment in advance and specify the date you wish to complete your identity verification (KYC) via email: [email protected]. 

Note: Identity verification services (KYC) are currently not available for U.S. citizens.
