How to withdraw cryptocurrency with orbix

1. Login to the orbix Trade app via your mobile, then go to the home page and select “Withdraw”

2. Go to the “Crypto” tab, and click on the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw.

3. Please specify the coin recipient's information and the recipient's wallet address or press the icon on the right to scan the QR Code.

4. Select the network and specify the amount of coins, Then press on the tab “Withdraw”

5. The system will ask you to confirm the withdrawal of coins by facial verification. Please read the instructions and press “Start Scan”.

6. Do a face scan.

7. Successful Verification, Press “Continue”

8. Once you have submitted your withdrawal request,  we will send a confirmation email. Please then click on the confirmation link in your email.

9. You can check the history of the transfer list by pressing the history menu in the crypto section and selecting “Withdraw”

• The picture shows an example of the coin and network withdrawal process only. You can choose the coin and network you want.
• Always recheck before withdrawing coins/tokens from an orbix account to another account every time you enter MEMO/Tag information, please enter the correct information. Otherwise, such assets may not be entered into the account or may be lost.
• Do not withdraw directly to a crowdfunding or ICO. We will not credit your account with tokens from that sale.
