Terms and Conditions

1. This campaign is open to both new and existing customers who have not yet completed KYC verification or have not updated their personal details.

2. The campaign duration is from 1st January 2025 00:00 a.m. to 28th February 2025 until 11:59 p.m. Thailand time, divided into two rounds:
   Round 1: 1 January 2025 - 31 January 2025, limited to 500 participants.

   Round 2: 1 February 2025 - 28 February 2025, limited to 500 participants.

3. Customers can participate in the activity by following these steps:

   3.1 New and existing customers who wish to participate in the activity must have an orbix Trade account and enter the code NY2025 in the Promo Code field on the orbix Trade website or application to confirm their eligibility to participate in the activity within the activity period specified in point 2. They can participate in only one activity period.

   3.2 Participants must successfully complete their identity verification (KYC) or successfully update their personal information within the activity period specified in point 2. to be eligible to receive a cashback of 200 baht (limited to 500 redemptions per period).

   3.3 Only customers who meet the conditions in 3.1 and 3.2 need to buy and sell digital assets and accumulate a trading volume of 5,000 baht within the activity period specified in point 2 to be eligible to receive an additional cashback of 100 baht (limited to 500 redemptions per period)."

4. The company will consider and adhere to the chronological order in which participants entered the code NY2025, received approval for identity verification (KYC) or updated their personal information, and the chronological order of accumulating the required trading volume, completing all rules, and fulfilling the activity conditions specified in point 3. Only those who have successfully completed these steps will be considered. Customers will receive a maximum cashback of 300 baht automatically credited to their user account within 30 business days after the end of each activity period.

5. The company reserves the right to award only one prize per person throughout the entire activity period, based on the customer's full name and national identification number. The company also reserves the right to withhold the Stage 1 cashback (200 baht) if the participant has already participated in other activities related to successful identity verification (KYC) or successful personal information updates and has already received such rewards.

6. Customers cannot exchange or transfer this benefit to others and cannot combine it with other discounts or promotions from orbix.

7. Market Makers, institutional clients, institutional introducing brokers, and orbix trade staff are excluded from this campaign.

8. The company reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel the terms and conditions of this campaign without prior notice at its discretion.

9. The company reserves the right to suspend accounts if investigations reveal illegal activities or non-compliance with the terms set by the company.

Terms for Using Cashback Credit: Customers may use their 300 THB cashback credit for digital asset trading transactions within the orbix application or withdraw it as cash.
