Terms and Conditions

1. This activity is for orbix customers who have verified (KYC) their identity.

2. Activity period From 21 Mar. 24 at 12:00 A.M. to 20 May. 24 at 11:59 P.M. or until there is notice of a change from the company.

3. Have customers enter the code “OBDEPB” in the Promo Code field in the orbix Trade Application to receive the right to participate in the activity, limited to 1,500 rights throughout the activity period.

4. Conditions for receiving awards

4.1 The customer must transfer money to the customer's orbix account with the following criteria for receiving the prize: Net Deposit = Total Deposit within the activity period - Total withdrawals within the activity period.

Net Deposit into the account from 1,000 baht but less than 2,500 baht - receive a cashback reward of 50 baht
Net Deposit into the account from 2,500 baht but less than 8,000 baht - receive a cashback reward of 150 baht
Net Deposit into the account from 8,000 baht or more - receive a cashback reward of 500 baht

4.2 Net Deposit into the account per activity cycle. These values are not included.

4.2.1 Value of baht remaining balance in the account before the start of the activity in each round.

4.2.2 Value of other prizes

4.2.3 Value of money received from selling cryptocurrencies or digital tokens

4.2.4 Value of money deducted to purchase cryptocurrencies or digital tokens including fees.

4.3 The company reserves the right to award one prize per customer. In the case of customers having multiple accounts, the company reserves the right to award the prize only once.

5. The company will transfer the cashback will be credited to your account within 15 business days after the end of the activity.

6. Cashback prize money will be transferred into the wallet of the eligible person only. It cannot be exchanged for other types of rewards. and cannot transfer rights to others. The reward of this campaign can not be used in conjunction with other campaigns of orbix.

7. This campaign is ineligible for Market Maker, Institution traders, IBs, Corporate and Orbix trade Staffs.

8. This campaign may end before the specified period. If there is an order or regulation from the Securities and Exchange Commission that prevents this campaign from continuing.

9. Orbix Trade reserves the right to suspend accounts found for illegal financial activities in the event that the company investigates and finds that the account has violated the law.

Terms and Conditions for using Cashback Credit* Customers have the option to withdraw their 500 Baht cashback credit or use it for digital asset trading transactions within the orbix application.

*Digital assets involve risks; investors should study information carefully and make investments according to own risk profile.
